Community Partner Funding Application
Escambia County accepts funding requests from eligible community partners through an online application portal.
Select the appropriate application type and follow the steps below to complete your submission.
Application Types
In the portal, you will see three application options. Choose the option that best matches your request:
Economic Development
Community Partner Economic Development Funding Application
For requests supporting economic development initiatives and related programs.
Grant Funding
Community Partner Grant Funding Application
For requests that align with grant-style program funding and community support initiatives.
Tourism Promotion
Community Partner Tourism Promotion Funding Application
For requests supporting tourism promotion and related community initiatives.
How to Complete Your Submission
- Open the application portal.
Click Begin Application in the Online Portal. If you are a first-time user, create an account and sign in.
- Select the application type.
Choose the application type that applies to your request. Before proceeding, download the corresponding paper application provided in the portal.
- Complete the downloaded application.
Fill out the downloaded application document in full and save it on your device. You will upload this completed document during Step 5.
- Enter organization and contact information.
Provide basic information such as your organization name and primary contact details within the online portal.
- Upload required documents.
Upload the following items in the file upload section:
- The completed application document (downloaded in Step 2 and completed in Step 3), and
- All required supporting documents as outlined in the application instructions.
- Review and submit.
Confirm all required fields and uploads are complete, then submit your application through the portal.
Tip: Have your documents ready before you begin. If a file is still uploading, wait for the upload to finish before moving to the next step.
